THE IMPACT OF FINANCINGMUDHARABAHAND MURABAHAHON THE NET PROFIT OF ISLAMIC COMMERCIAL BANKS FOR THE 2019-2023 PERIOD

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financingMudharabah And Murabahahon the Net Profit of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the period 2019-2023. The data used are secondary data sourced from published financial reports available on the Financial Services Authority website and related company reports. The study population includes all Islamic Commercial Banks registered with the Financial Services Authority, and the sample was obtained using a random sampling technique.purposive samplingwith data analysis carried out using the panel data regression method. The results of the study show that partiallyMudharabahdoes not have a significant effect on the Net Profit of Islamic Commercial Banks,Murabahahhas a significant influence on Net Profit. In addition, simultaneouslyMudharabahAnd Murabahahsignificantly impacts net profit. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for Islamic commercial banks in formulating strategies to increase corporate profits and financing effectiveness.
