ANALYSIS OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP, ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNICATION, AND MOTIVATION ON THE PERFORMANCE EMPLOYEES OF MALANG DISTRICT EDUCATION OFFICE
Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership, organizational communication, and motivation on employee performance at the Malang Regency Education Office. The research data were collected from primary sources through questionnaires distributed to 60 employees of the Malang Regency Education Office. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression techniques. The findings indicate that: (1) transformational leadership has a significant impact on employee performance; (2) organizational communication positively influences employee performance; and (3) motivation contributes significantly to improving employee performance.
