Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand the role of communication and information technology in economic growth using the Threshold Autoregression model in the study period 1990 to 2019. We found that the development of information and communication technology reflected in the inclusion of internet technology has a positive relationship with economic growth so that it can it is said that communication and information technology can encourage economic growth.
