This community service was carried out at a UMKM in the Kecamatan Lawang Kota Malang area of Kota Malang, which aims to provide counselling on the marketing and financial analysis of the purple-uwi synbiotic yoghurt product. Competition in yoghurt products is not as tight as in other beverage products. However, marketing activities are essential to do so that a business can retain customers and attract new customers. Some things that are important to do are provide information about the uniqueness of the product and set competitive prices. In setting competitive prices, financial analysis is needed to ensure that the company has set prices following established standards. In determining the selling price, several things to consider are the costs that make up the product concerned and the price of the product's competitors. These costs include fixed costs and variable costs. Fixed costs consist of costs related to capital costs and operational fixed costs. Variable costs include production costs and operational variable costs. The fees set are still straightforward, according to the MSMEs concerned. After being able to determine the selling price of the product, the next step is to plan the product introduction and expand marketing. Until now, MSMEs have made purple-uwi synbiotic yoghurt products by opening orders every Saturday and Sunday. This ordering system allows all production to be absorbed by the market.
