Economic empowerment is an attempt to improve the economy to increase their ability for competing in market mechanisms. This research wants to determine the “economic empowerment” through micro, small and medium business center motorbike workshop in the Village of Kebunagung, Pakisaji Subdistrict, Malang Regency, to research about the obstacles that experienced by the owner of the workshop and the marketing strategy undertaken to attract customers. This study method uses “descriptive qualitative method” where the data collection uses “interviews, observation, and documentation”. So that we can find out whether with the existence of this small and medium micro business center, the motorcycle workshop community around the economy is empowered and improved. The findings of this research indicate that with the existence of the micro, small and medium business center this motorcycle repair shop still has no empowerment because there is no special assistance and special training from the government of Kebunagung Village, Pakisaji District, Malang Regency.
