PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI GURU PAUD KELURAHAN KEPANJEN KECAMATAN KEPANJEN KABUPATEN MALANG

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to explain the process of training and mentoring PAUD Al-Amin teachers both in terms of competency and curriculum development as well as making educational game tools. The implementation method uses observation, starting from preparing to make modules and learning program plans to the socialization and evaluation stages to AL-Amin PAUD Teachers. The results of the activity are that PAUD teachers are able to make Educational Game Tools and have the ability to prepare Learning Program Plans based on the 2013 curriculum. The obstacles in the training are the lack of follow-up on the development of Educational Game Tools and the lack of understanding of PAUD Teachers on the 2013 Curriculum learning model so that it is difficult to achieve desired learning target.
